Summary:

Reporting to Director of Energy / Commissioning Services, the Commissioning Project Manager will be the point person in the delivery of all Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning and LEED projects.

In addition, he/she/they attend client meetings with business development personnel, prepare proposals, coach and mentor engineers and technicians, and manage the commissioning budget and schedule.

Required Qualifications:

• BS or higher degree in an engineering discipline
• 10 years project management experience
• 5 years demonstrated skill in managing commissioning projects
• Knowledge of HVAC, Control System Design, Mechanical & Electrical systems
• PE license
• Commissioning certification (desirable)
• LEED certification
